We need a critical thinker with the experience required to balance and oversee the following: admin, customer service, day to day running of a salon floor, one to one people management and development.
Must be Minium of Nvq level 2 Hairdressing with at least 5 years experience
Responsibilities for Salon Manager
- Preparing work schedules for salon staff.
- Setting goals for each staff member, evaluating staff performance, and providing training and overall guidance.
- Creating and distributing promotional material to attract new clients.
- Addressing and resolving client complaints regarding salon services and employee behavior.
- Processing clients’ payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Ensuring that the salon is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon including opening and closing procedures.
- Cashing up the till and logging Finances
- Check the salon reports.
- Ensuring that the salon is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Preparing work schedules for salon staff to ensure adequate coverage for the salon's needs.
- Evaluating staff performance and behaviour, and providing training and overall guidance.
- Monitoring salon supplies and equipment and ordering new stock as needed and minimising product wastage.
- Ensuring high levels of customer service are delivered by the team
- Addressing and resolving client complaints in a professional manor.
- Processing clients’ payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Ensuring every client’s experience is amazing

- Ability to run own collum
