This role offers a mix of working from home and in the office based in Dalgety Bay one day per week (Tuesday). A BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check will be required for this role.
This role will include answering customer queries via telephone and email, as well as administrative tasks.
Here is a summary of the skills we are looking for in a Customer Services Advisor:
- Business administration experience
- Customer Service experience
- Good telephone manner
- Good written and oral skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
The tasks within this role are:
- Administration of the online assessment processes that IASME run.
- Being first point of contact for questions and enquiries from customers, Assessors and Certification Bodies.
- Day-to-day administration of team tasks.
- Alert Team Leader or Customer Services Manager to any changes, problems or complaints.
- Other administrative tasks as required
- There is no need for you to have any previous experience in Cyber Security, as we have a Technical Team that deals with these types of enquiries.
When reviewing applications, we will not need you to have qualifications but we would be looking for aspects of:
- Experience in office work, including using emails, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Evidence of being organised
- Experience with using varied software platforms
