£75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
An established care provider is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of residential and nursing homes across West Yorkshire. This is a great opportunity for a driven, hands-on leader to make a genuine impact across the region.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you'll take full operational and commercial responsibility for homes across West Yorkshire, providing strong leadership to Home Managers and ensuring consistently high standards of care, compliance, and performance across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Full operational and P&L accountability for homes across the West Yorkshire region
- Leading, supporting, and developing a team of Home Managers
- Driving occupancy, quality ratings, and financial performance across the portfolio
- Ensuring consistent standards of care and regulatory compliance across all sites
- Building strong relationships with regulators, commissioners, and other key stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for operational improvement and growth across the region
What We're Looking For
- Proven multi-site/regional management experience within residential or nursing care (or a closely related regulated sector)
- Strong understanding of care quality frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Commercially astute with strong leadership and people management skills
- Based in or willing to travel across West Yorkshire
- Full UK driving licence
