As a Customer Service Advisor your primary goal is to resolve all customer queries and ensure that customers are satisfied with the company’s service or products.

This position focuses on supporting our customer service team with order entry, service support, and analyzing team workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and processes
- Handle customer queries in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records on internal systems
- Liaise with Sales, Aftersales, and Showroom teams to ensure smooth handovers and follow‑ups
- Ensure all work complies with company policies, procedures, and data protection requirements
- Contribute to team targets and service level agreements (SLAs)
