Mentor – Special Provision

Brooke Taylor Education Consultancy is recruiting Mentors to support young people with social, emotional and mental health needs through the Restart Programme.
This is flexible work supporting vulnerable children and young people through tailored 1:1 mentoring and activity-based engagement.
The Role
- Deliver 1:1 mentoring sessions (often off-site)
- Support pupils facing barriers such as SEMH, attendance issues, ADHD, autism, or social challenges
- Plan and record sessions
- Maintain safeguarding standards at all times
We Are Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people (education, youth work, SEN, coaching, or care settings)
- Strong communication skills
- A reliable, professional approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check and safeguarding training (company-supported)
