Joseph Robertson are looking for a proactive and motivated Supervisor to lead our production team and drive performance in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will oversee daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency and team performance while supporting Team Leaders and working closely with Production Managers. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of a designated production area, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, health and safety, and operational efficiency.
You will support and develop Team Leaders and General Operatives, coordinate resources and production plans, monitor performance, and work collaboratively with Production Managers and other departments to ensure the smooth running of the factory. The role also involves driving continuous improvement, coaching and developing staff, and ensuring company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
