We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Care Worker to support individuals living with neurological and neuro-motor conditions.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality, person-centred care, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing while supporting individuals with complex physical and neurological needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care and daily living support.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Support individuals with neurological conditions such as Motor Neurone Disease (MND), Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s Disease, stroke-related disabilities, and other neuro-motor disorders.
- Monitor and report changes in health and wellbeing.
- Administer medication (where trained and authorised).
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Promote independence, choice, and inclusion.
Requirements
- Previous experience supporting individuals with neurological or complex care needs.
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach.
- Moving and Handling training (preferred).
- Medication administration experience (preferred).
- Right to work in the UK.

Pay: £13.75-£15.00 per hour
