The Workday Recruiting Consultant will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by delivering innovative Workday Recruiting solutions that support clients throughout the transformation, implementation, and deployment lifecycle. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday Recruiting while ensuring solutions align with business objectives, recruiting best practices, and Workday functionality.
The successful candidate will combine strong functional recruiting knowledge with Workday expertise to help organisations optimise their talent acquisition processes and realise the full value of their Workday investment.

Become a Workday Recruiting subject matter expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.

Lead client workshops to gather requirements and design Recruiting solutions aligned to business needs and Workday best practices.

Configure and deploy Workday Recruiting functionality, including job requisitions, candidate management, interview processes, career sites, offers, and hiring workflows.

Provide guidance and recommendations on recruiting process design, optimisation, and adoption.

Track project issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate concerns as appropriate.

Support data conversion, testing, and deployment activities throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Collaborate with clients, project teams, and Engagement Managers to ensure successful project delivery.

Configure and maintain business processes, security, and tenant setup within Workday.

Support customer training, knowledge transfer, and post-deployment activities.

Share knowledge, mentor junior consultants, and participate in practice development initiatives.

Actively participate in Workday training and certification activities.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of Workday functional implementation experience.

Active Workday Recruiting Certification preferred.

2-5 years of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or HR Technology experience.

Experience implementing ERP or SaaS solutions, ideally within recruiting or talent management processes.

Experience gathering requirements, conducting workshops, solution design, testing, and deployment.

Knowledge of end-to-end recruiting processes, including requisition management, candidate lifecycle management, interviewing, offer management, and hiring.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Eligible for SC Clearance - you must have been a UK resident for the last five years and be legally entitled to work in the UK.

Minimal travel required, but must be willing to travel on-site as needed.
