We are looking for full/part-time receptionist to join Indigo Medical as our welcoming first point of contact for patients.
You will provide friendly, efficient support in person, by phone and online, ensuring a calm and compassionate patient experience.
You’ll greet patients, manage appointments, handle enquiries, process prescriptions, and take payments, all while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism. Working closely with our clinical team, you’ll help keep services running smoothly and ensure urgent needs are managed safely.
We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and is passionate about delivering excellent, patient-centred care.
