Inside Sales / Telesales Executive
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire (Office-Based, 5 Days a Week)
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 base + £6,000 commission (uncapped!)
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent

We are a leading UK security distributor specialising in CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms, and due to continued growth, we're hiring multiple Internal Sales Executives to join our vibrant sales team in Stevenage.

Delivering consultative sales to both new and existing customers
Making outbound calls to potential leads and identifying new opportunities
Closing sales confidently over the phone
Proactively targeting new businesses and decision-makers
Building lasting client relationships through outstanding customer service
Managing your own accounts day-to-day
Hitting monthly sales targets and contributing to the team’s success
Maintaining accurate CRM records and handling general sales admin
Proven telesales experience in a B2B environment
Experience in Security, IT, Networking, or Telecoms preferred but not essential
Strong cold calling and outbound sales ability
Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
Positive, proactive and results-driven
Excellent Microsoft Office and CRM system skills
Detail-oriented and able to stay focused under pressure
Basic Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 Depending on experience
Commission: Up to £6,000 p/a with uncapped earnings potential
