ABOUT THE ROLE
NDH Financial is a fast-growing debt solutions firm helping real people find a genuine way out. We work with clients across the UK, matching them to IVAs and DMPs that actually fit their situation — not just ticking boxes.
We’re looking for a confident, empathetic IVA Sales Advisor to join the team. You’ll be handling warm, inbound leads — these are people who’ve already taken the first step. Your job is to guide them through the process, qualify them properly, and help them see the right solution clearly.
BASIC SALARY
£26,000 – £30,000
OTE (UNCAPPED)
£40,000 – £55,000+
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Handle warm inbound enquiries from people seeking debt help
- Conduct thorough fact-find consultations over the phone
- Qualify clients for IVA or DMP solutions based on their circumstances
- Explain options clearly and compliantly — no hard sell
- Hit individual targets while contributing to team performance
- Keep records accurate and up to date on the CRM
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven background in telephone sales or financial services
- Strong listener — you ask the right questions and actually hear the answers
- Experience in debt solutions or IVAs is a big plus
- Comfortable with compliance-led processes
- Target-driven but with genuine empathy for clients
- Resilient, self-motivated, and a team player
