Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Sales Engineer specializing in Networking to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our technical offerings and customer needs, providing expert guidance on networking solutions. Your energetic approach will help drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the technical integration of our security products.
Duties
- Assist customers by understanding their networking requirements and recommending suitable security solutions
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to showcase product features and benefits effectively
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals that meet client specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and technical specifications using Microsoft Excel and other tools
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth product deployment and integration
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple client requests while meeting deadlines
Requirements
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical information
- Excellent customer service orientation with proactive communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Azure for networking solutions is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of IT networking concepts, including IP configurations, switches, routers, and security protocols
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills to balance multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous experience in sales engineering or technical support within the IT or security industry is preferred
- Strong organizational skills complemented by excellent communication abilities
