Vines Support Services Ltd is seeking a Registered Manager to lead our 2‑bed Ofsted‑registered children’s home in Northamptonshire. About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead the home with warmth, clarity, and professional integrity
- Ensure children receive personalised, trauma‑informed care
- Maintain full compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
- Oversee safeguarding, incident management, and multi‑agency collaboration
- Prepare the home for Ofsted inspections and lead Regulation 44/45 processes
- Recruit, supervise, and develop a high‑performing staff team
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational systems
- Ensure the home is safe, nurturing, and inspection‑ready at all times
You will be supported by a dedicated Responsible Individual and senior leadership team who are committed to your development and success.

Essential Requirements
- Level 3 or Level 4 Residential Childcare qualification
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations & Quality Standards
- Experience supporting children with complex emotional and behavioural needs
- Experience leading Ofsted inspections
- Strong safeguarding knowledge and multi‑agency working experience

Working Conditions
- Full‑time (37.5 hours per week)
