Living Well Consortium (LWC) is recruiting for a Senior CBT HI Practitioner to support the delivery of our Talking Therapies service.
Living Well Consortium is a network of third sector mental health organisations working collectively to support the mental health and wellbeing of people across Birmingham and Solihull. The organisation has secured contracts to deliver psychological support to people across this area through the NHS Talking Therapies (NHS TT) programme.
The post holder will line manage a team of staff (including CBT HI Practitioners and Trainees), providing guidance, wellbeing support, and ensuring a high quality of client care. They will also provide supervision and case management with the aim of enhancing practitioners' clinical practice and professional development.
The Senior CBT HI Practitioner will contribute to the efficiency and quality of LWC services, supporting with the allocation process, audits, and monitoring of the service. They will work alongside clinical leadership within LWC to ensure the continuous development of processes and performance.
Successful candidates must be qualified CBT HI Practitioners and supervisors with experience working as a therapist. They should be an energetic and committed practitioner with and compassionate approach to management and client support.
Terms and Conditions
- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Salary: £48,422.22 pro rata per annum
- Hybrid working (at least one day per week working on site)
- Fixed term for 12 months
