Associate Dentist – Milton Keynes

Rinse Dental is a brand-new, modern private dental practice with a strong hygiene-led philosophy and a patient-first approach. We are looking for an ambitious and personable Associate Dentist to join our growing family-owned team and help develop the cosmetic side of the practice.
This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building patient relationships and has a passion for cosmetic dentistry, particularly:
- Teeth Whitening
- Composite Bonding
- Smile Makeovers
- Preventive & Minimally Invasive Dentistry
We also offer facial aesthetics treatments, making this an exciting opportunity for a dentist with an interest in smile and facial harmony.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is fully registered with the GDC and has experience of being an associate for at least 5 years
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is passionate about cosmetic and patient-centred dentistry
- Wants to grow their personal brand alongside a growing practice
- Works well within a supportive team environment
- Shares our values of high-quality care, prevention, and attention to detail
- Is motivated, positive, and eager to grow with the practice long term
