This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety. One day you could be completing a deep clean ready for new tenants, the next supporting someone to regain control of their home through decluttering, or maintaining a regular client’s home to a high standard.
Purpose of the Role
To deliver high-quality domestic and commercial cleaning services while providing a professional, respectful and non-judgemental experience for every client.
You’ll work to Clean Slate’s systems and standards, helping clients create clean, organised and welcoming homes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver domestic and commercial cleaning services to a consistently high standard.
- Complete deep cleans, including detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning.
- Support clients with decluttering and home organisation where required.
- Follow client-specific checklists and company cleaning systems.
- Work independently once trained, while contributing positively to the wider team.
- Communicate professionally regarding client requirements or any concerns.
- Report maintenance issues identified during visits.
- Treat every client and every home with kindness, respect and professionalism.

- Is reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
- Is friendly, professional and approachable.
- Can work confidently on their own once trained.
- Has a non-judgemental attitude towards clients and their homes.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle.
- Communicates well and isn’t afraid to ask for support when needed.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Previous domestic or commercial cleaning experience.
- Experience with deep cleaning.
- An interest in decluttering or home organisation.
