SBMOSAIC Ltd operates the Schmidt Kitchens showroom in Twickenham, designing and delivering high-end bespoke kitchens across Richmond upon Thames and the surrounding area. We're looking for an experienced designer to join our team and take ownership of the full client journey — from first consultation to final installation handover.
You'll be the lead designer for your own client pipeline, combining creative kitchen design with sales delivery. This is a senior, high-autonomy role suited to someone who already has a proven track record in kitchen or interior design sales.
Run client consultations and translate briefs into bespoke kitchen designs
Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to signed order
Build and maintain a pipeline of showroom and referral leads
Work closely with the installation team to ensure a smooth handover
Base salary: £40,000 per year
Commission: A tiered, gross-profit-linked structure that rewards output — the more you sell, the more you earn, with no cap on upside. Full structure and worked examples shared at offer stage.
Realistic on-target earnings: £43,000–£49,000+ depending on performance, with genuine upside for designers who exceed target output.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in kitchen, bedroom, or high-end interior design sales
Strong design skills (CAD/planning software experience preferred)
A consultative sales approach — comfortable owning a client relationship end-to-end
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working towards monthly performance
