Our client Samsung Heavy Industries is recruiting a Office Administrator (Korean / English Speaking) to join their business in the UK.

1. Main Work
- Coordinate activities through the company efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
- Supervise members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance
- Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
- Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company
2. Qualifications
- English : Able to communicate in all situations
- Korean : language proficiency at the native level
3. Other working conditions
- VISA : Must hold a valid work permit to work in the UK
- Annual Salary : From £27,000 with correction after interview
- Recruitment : Full-time / contract worker 24 months (incl. 3 months’ probation)
- Working hours : 8 to 5 (8 hours, except lunch time) / 5 days
- Schedule : Monday to Friday
- Holiday : 20 days
4. How to Proceed
- Recruitment period : 2026-July 13 ~ 2026-July-31
- 1st: Document review (Written review of submitted documents such as resume, self-introduction letter, and certificate)
- 2nd: Interview (comprehensive evaluation of skills required for job performance through interview and English/Korean language evaluation)
