Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server - Food Runner to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by ensuring timely and accurate food delivery, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the overall dining experience. Responsibilities
- Deliver prepared dishes promptly from the kitchen to guests’ tables, ensuring presentation standards are maintained.
- Assist servers in setting up tables, refilling drinks, and attending to guest needs throughout their visit.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate order accuracy and timing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service stations and dining areas.
- Support food preparation tasks as required, including plating and garnishing.
- Uphold food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting guests warmly and responding courteously to enquiries.
- Assist with basic delivery duties when necessary, including transporting food from the kitchen to various areas within the premises.
- Demonstrate good phone etiquette when taking reservations or answering guest queries.
Experience
Candidates with previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or related roles will be highly regarded. Specific skills that enhance suitability include:
- Food preparation and serving skills, including knowledge of meal presentation.
- Delivery driver experience or familiarity with logistics within a hospitality setting.
- Kitchen or culinary experience, including cooking or food safety knowledge.
- Hotel or barista experience that demonstrates guest service excellence.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: £8.97-£14.24 per hour
