We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Registered Manager to lead Bluebell House, our three-bed therapeutic children’s home in Haverfordwest.
We welcome applications from experienced Registered Managers as well as ambitious Deputy Managers or Senior Practitioners who have the relevant qualifications to undertake the role, appropriate leadership experience and are ready to take the next step into management.

About us
Little Lanterns Pembrokeshire CIC is a not-for-profit organisation providing therapeutic, relationship-based residential care for young people aged 6–18 with complex needs.
Our approach combines trauma-informed care, PACE and our ROOTS therapeutic model, with clinical professionals providing psychological input, consultation, training and reflective practice.
We believe young people need more than a placement. They need a safe, nurturing home, consistent relationships and adults who understand what sits behind their behaviour.
As a Community Interest Company (CIC), any surplus we generate is reinvested into our services, our staff and improving outcomes for the young people we support.
