The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to drive the movement of stock between our commission brands and warehousing. Critically ensuring that the Returns to Brand movement of stock is efficient and timely. Your leadership will extend to collaborating with top brands, guiding them through our processes, and fostering strong, long-lasting partnerships that are vital to our success. You'll also be responsible for prioritising and resolving all levels of queries, negotiating with external partners to ensure operations run without a hitch.
Your expertise in supply chain processes and your ability to handle intricate scenarios with precision will be essential. What You’ll Take On
Your primary focus will be to oversee physical movement of stock to and from our commission brands and warehouses, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the key point of contact for the return to brand process, and will work with our wider operations and warehousing teams to oversee brand bookings, resolving delivery queries, and ensuring compliance with our high standards.
Key Accountabilities Include:
Warehouse Processes
- Management of the Return to Brands processes
- Management of regular collection of stock
- Charging for non collection
Manage stock receipt issues;
- Using ASANA and STS workflow
- Stock on hold process (C5)
- Stock unable to be processed
- Stock receipt queries
Warehouse bookings
- Facilitate booking slots as required working alongside the wider operations team.
- Pre-advise queries on live deliveries
Supplier Management:
Deal with adhoc brand queries
