Experience in and competent in Diabetes care for our Diabetic population
The Practice is committed to providing high standards of patient care through achieving high QOF points, delivering Enhanced Services and actively engaging in local commissioning
We are offering a competitive salary, NHS Pension and 5 weeks annual leave.
