With one of our long term members of the team progressing onto a new career within Elfordleigh, an exciting new opportunity has arisen.
We are looking for 2 people with restaurant, bar and function experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be focused and driven with a clear vision for creating unforgettable experiences for guests and have a passion for food, hospitality, and events
- Be enthusiastic and energetic with a warm and engaging personality
- Have previous hospitality experience in bar work, restaurant service, and/or banqueting (full training is provided)
- Have exceptional attention to detail
About the role:
- Must have own transport due to location
- Benefits include discounted/free meals on duty, free use of our golf, spa and leisure facilities, staff hotel rates, reduced hotel rates for friends and family
- The hours per week can be discussed at interview but will likely be 15-30 per week.
- The successful candidate(s) must have full flexibility within the working week.
- This role will mainly encompass shifts between the hours of 8am and 11pm. However, when breakfast shifts need covering they can start at 6am and event shifts can finish around 1am.
We always aim to be as fair as possible with shifts and have such a brilliant, hard working team where everyone will pitch in or lend a helping hand where needed.
This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a well-established, busy hotel serving a range of guests from people using the leisure or spa facilities to families, hotel guests, golfers, corporate guests or those attending one of our many functions.
