Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Early Years Educator to join our team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, stimulating environment for young children, supporting their developmental milestones through engaging activities and personalized care. Your enthusiasm and dedication will inspire young learners and foster a positive foundation for their future growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development for young children.
- Support children with special educational needs and disabilities by adapting activities to meet individual requirements.
- Provide attentive toddler care, ensuring safety, hygiene, and comfort at all times.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative learning environment.
- Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for children requiring additional support.
- Observe and record developmental progress, sharing insights with parents and team members regularly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in early years settings or similar environments.
- Knowledge of special education practices and experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Experience in tutoring or teaching young children to support their educational journey.
- Familiarity with toddler care routines and developmental needs of early learners.
