We have an exciting opportunity to join a nursery asan Early Years Educator Apprentice. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children, is nurturing by nature, and wants to build a rewarding career in childcare. You’ll earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience in a caring, supportive environment while working towards your Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
Apprenticeship: Early Years Educator Level 3
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Start date: ASAP
Pay: 18,000K - 28,000K depending on experience and how you interview
Annual Leave: 20 days including bank holidays Complete a fully-funded qualification

Requirements:
· Natural love for working with children
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Positive attitude and team-player mindset
· Reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
· Previous childcare experience is preferable but not essential
Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:
· To not already hold an administration qualification at level 3 or above
· To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
· To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria
Key responsibilities:
· Provide high-quality physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children
· Support colleagues in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and positive environment
· Implement the daily nursery routine and planned activities
· Communicate effectively with parents and carers
· Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated childcare team
Pay: £18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
