Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stock levels and equipment
- Verify guest IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance and handle serving responsibilities responsibly
- Manage cash transactions accurately using basic math skills, including processing payments and giving change
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Follow all health, safety, and food safety regulations diligently to create a safe environment for guests and staff
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible serving procedures
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
