Job Description: Digital Marketing Analyst (CRM & Affiliates)
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Analyst will analyze and optimize our online player acquisition and retention strategies. Operating in the fast-paced online gambling (iGaming) sector, this role focuses heavily on evaluating Affiliate Network ROI and Email/CRM campaign performance. This is an entry-level to junior role perfect for a data-driven individual who wants to translate player behavior data into revenue-driving marketing insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Affiliate Analysis: Track traffic quality, First-Time Deposits (FTDs), CPA/Revenue-Share models, and identify high-performing affiliate partners.
- Email & CRM Tracking: Analyze player retention campaigns, tracking open rates, CTRs, churn, and re-engagement metrics for promotions and VIP segments.
- Performance Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards (using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and affiliate platforms) to report on ROI, Player Lifetime Value (LTV), and CAC.
- A/B Testing & Segmentation: Design tests for email copy and landing pages; segment player databases based on betting behavior and preferences.
- Compliance: Ensure all data analysis and campaign insights strictly align with industry regulatory requirements and responsible gaming guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Entry-level to 2 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, marketing coordination, or a similar quantitative role.
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data sorting).
- Familiarity with Web Analytics (GA4) and Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio).
- Experience navigating CRM or email marketing platforms is a strong plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong interest or experience in the online gambling/iGaming industry (casino or sportsbook) is highly advantageous.
- Core Attributes: Sharp analytical mind, high attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex data to non-technical teams.
