The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism (ASC), ADHD, and speech and language needs.

Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging, inclusive, and accessible lessons.

Provide one-to-one and small group support, adapting activities to meet individual learning needs.

Encourage pupils' independence, confidence, and social development.

Help create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment where every child can succeed.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience working with children in the UK is essential.

Experience supporting children with SEND, Autism, ADHD, or other additional needs is desirable.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A calm, patient, caring, and resilient approach.

A positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

An Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
