- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team.
- Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to email enquiries.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Prepare, organise, and maintain digital and paper records.
- Process documents, reports, and correspondence accurately.
- Order office supplies and maintain stock levels.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining internal databases.
- Welcome visitors and provide a professional first point of contact.
- Support managers with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidential information is handled securely and in line with company policies.
