Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our childcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, supporting their developmental needs through engaging activities and personalised care. Duties
- Plan, organise, and deliver age-appropriate educational activities that promote children's development across all areas.
- Foster a caring and inclusive environment that encourages children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, rest periods, and outdoor activities ensuring their safety at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily routines in line with regulatory standards.
- Support parents and guardians through effective communication regarding their child's development and well-being.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children within a nursery or early years setting.
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early years education.
- Valid driving licence is desirable.
- Ability to organise activities effectively while managing multiple priorities.

38 hours per week in Term Time Only (38 weeks per year)
