AVC Integrations Ltd is seeking an experienced Freelance Ductwork Installer to support the delivery of luxury residential and commercial projects across London.
We specialize in premium residential and commercial developments where quality, precision, and attention to detail are essential. We are looking for a skilled ductwork professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and maintaining the highest standards on site.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience installing ductwork systems
- Strong experience with:
- Galvanized steel ductwork
- Rectangular and circular ductwork
- Spiral ductwork systems
- MVHR systems
- Commercial ventilation systems
- Fire-rated ductwork
- Acoustic attenuation systems
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC and MEP drawings
- Experience measuring, setting out, installing and modifying ductwork systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK

IT & Administrative Skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to complete site reports and installation records accurately
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets and project management systems
- Strong verbal and written reporting skills
Preferred Experience
- High-end residential projects
- Luxury apartments and private residences
- Premium commercial developments
- Plant rooms and complex ventilation installations
- Coordination with mechanical, electrical, AV and smart building contractors
- Experience installing exposed architectural ductwork to a high aesthetic standard is highly desirable
