Full job description
To provide physical and emotional support and care for the residents of the home, maintaining high standards of care and supervision of daily routine.
To assist in providing a stable and caring environment that underpins the residents emotional and physiological well-being.
To develop a good working relationship with managers and to take charge of a shift in the absence of the home manager.
To be in charge as required and to organise the workload and supervise the staff.
To be able to communicate effectively between Managers and the management team.
To assist with the administration of medicine in accordance with medication procedure
To maintain confidentiality and discretion in communicating personal matters to senior and other members of staff and other residents.
To carry out such other duties as may be reasonably required by the Home Manager
Job Types:

Experience:
- Driving License (preferred)
- providing care: 1 year (preferred)
- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
- Licence/Certification:
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
