We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to lead and manage teams within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in management, particularly within retail or sales environments. Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and meet organisational goals.
- Manage daily operations within the retail or sales setting, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee merchandising activities to maintain visual standards and optimise product placement.
- Coordinate staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor performance through regular feedback.
- Implement training programmes to develop team skills and enhance overall performance.
- Maintain excellent communication with team members, customers, and senior management to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle administrative duties such as reporting, stock management, and maintaining organisational records.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and customer service at all times.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Support sales initiatives by analysing data and identifying opportunities for growth.
Experience
- Proven supervisory or management experience within retail or sales environments is essential.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively across diverse settings.
- Previous experience in merchandising, sales management, or retail management is highly advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities preferred.
- Experience in administrative functions such as reporting, scheduling, and stock control is desirable.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette standards and customer service best practices.
- Ability to demonstrate time management skills and organisational competence in fast-paced environments.
