An established and market-leading commercial vehicle business is looking to recruit an experienced HGV Technician to join its professional workshop team in Kettering.

The workshop operates with a flexible shift structure, with technicians working Monday to Friday and finishing times ranging between 6:00pm and 8:00pm, depending on the shift pattern.
The Role
As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing HGVs and commercial vehicles.
- Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Following manufacturer specifications and workshop procedures.
- Supporting the wider workshop team to keep vehicles safe, compliant and road-ready.
- Maintaining a clean and organized working environment.
About You
We're looking for an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Technician with:
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent in HGV / Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Previous experience working as an HGV, PSV or LCV Technician.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- A full UK Driving Licence is preferred.
- A reliable, punctual and professional approach.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.
