Your Role Will Include:
✔ Providing a wide range of luxury treatments: massage, facials, nails, pedicures, waxing & more
✔ Working across both locations and carrying out mobile treatments
✔ Reception duties: booking appointments, processing payments, handling enquiries
✔ Recommending products and services based on client needs
✔ Maintaining high cleaning and hygiene standards throughout all areas
✔ Creating a welcoming, calm, and professional experience for every client
Please note: Cleaning is a key part of this role. We take hygiene very seriously and expect all team members to help keep our spaces spotless and spa-worthy.
Who We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 2+ preferred (accredited short course grads welcome!)
- Friendly, reliable, hardworking, and professional
- Confident working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work a full column of clients
- Highly flexible and adaptable on a day-to-day basis
- Comfortable working across both Thirsk locations and attending mobile bookings
