We are a Care Company based in Manchester providing support to adults with complex needs and learning disability's. We are seeking a deputy registered Manager who has the desire to progress into the registered manager role. They will be capable of supervising their team, implementing care plans and risk assessments, rota's and ensuring CQC compliance.
About the role
As a Deputy Manager you will be reporting to the Operations Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the services within Rhombus Care Group ensuring high standards are met throughout the homes. You will be working with CQC to improve standards. Ideally, we are keen to speak to managers who are looking to take the next step in their career or experienced care managers looking for a new position.

The Role Responsibility
- To ensure compliance with CQC requirements
- Ensuring high standards of care
- Managing budgets and finance
- Recruitment and retention of staff
- Maintain and Improving CQC rating
- To be the point of Contact for Staff and Residents
- To ensure systems are developed, set up and maintained to support services delivery, service budgets and finance accountability to funders and partners
- Encourage and support new carers into their role
The Candidate
Experience is Required and should be a minimum of 2 Years(essential)
- Experience of managing staff and residents
- Troubleshooting
- Rota Planning
- Must have a background in supporting adults
- A very strong leader
- Ideally a management qualification in healthcare or willing to work towards.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Staff will be required to have an enhanced DBS check
