Working alongside our long standing kitchen team we have an opportunity for a hard working, conscientious individual to join us for 20-30 hours per week. You will ideally have some knowledge of a busy kitchen environment, strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Job Responsibilities:
- Keeps the kitchen and customer facing areas in a high state of cleanliness
- Ensures the quick turnaround of crockery during service
- Ensures food quality standards and that kitchen is in good condition.
- Keeps stations clean and complies with meticulous food safety standards.
- Monitors and maintains kitchen equipment within reason.
- Must be confident and can perform in a fast-paced kitchen with respect.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
