Onshore Technical are currently looking to speak with experienced Sub Agents for a permanent opportunity supporting a major clean water utilities project in North Leicester.
This is a long-term, five-year civils project on the Severn Trent network. The role would suit someone with experience across reinforced concrete, structures and pipework, who is confident managing a small site team and supporting safe, efficient delivery on site.

The Role
The successful candidate will support the delivery of a clean water civils project, working across reinforced concrete, structures and pipework activities.
You will be responsible for managing a small team of 3, supporting day-to-day site coordination, maintaining programme progress and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of clean water civils works
- Manage and coordinate a small site team
- Support reinforced concrete, structures and pipework activities
- Assist with day-to-day site planning and coordination
- Monitor progress against programme
- Ensure works are delivered safely and to specification
- Liaise with site teams, supervisors and project management
- Support quality, safety and compliance on site
- Help maintain accurate site records and progress updates
Experience Required
- Previous Sub Agent experience
- Clean water, utilities or civil engineering project experience
- Reinforced concrete and structures experience
- Pipework experience
- Confident managing a small team
- Strong site coordination and communication skills
- Safety-focused approach to delivery
- Experience working on live utility or water infrastructure projects would be beneficial

This role would suit a practical, site-focused Sub Agent who is comfortable working closely with delivery teams and supporting the successful completion of civil engineering works on a long-term clean water project.
