Role Overview:
This is a cleaning / supervisor position within the school. Evening cleaners complete the main cleaning duties and the supervisor role focuses mainly on:
- 1 hours cleaning
- remaining 3 hours Inspect completed work to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
- Checking classrooms, corridors, toilets, offices, halls, and other areas for cleanliness.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning materials and equipment
- Coordinate deep cleaning and emergency cleaning tasks
- Motivate and support the cleaning team to maintain high performance.
- Communicate with Area Manager regarding cleaning requirement
Ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented and able to work independently in a school environment.
