We are seeking a talented and passionate Beauty Therapist or Nail tech to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
As a Beautician, you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance of clients through various beauty services, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied.
Duties
- Perform a range of beauty treatments such as waxing, threading, nails, facials, and manicures/pedicures etc.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences, offering professional advice on suitable treatments.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with the best service possible.
- Handle client inquiries and bookings efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proficient communication with clients and colleagues in English.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for the beauty industry.
