Duties
- Supervise and support care staff to ensure they deliver exceptional senior care aligned with individual care plans
- Lead the development and review of personalized care plans in collaboration with service user, families, and healthcare professionals
- Oversee daily operations within the supported living uni, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor performance to maintain high standards of service
- Foster clear communication among team members, service user, families, and external healthcare providers
- Conduct regular assessments of service user's needs and adjust care strategies accordingly
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and operational efficiency
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a supported living or senior care environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with service users, families, staff, and external agencies
- Experience in developing and managing comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs
- Ability to utilize IT systems for documentation, scheduling, and reporting purposes
- Valid driving license preferred for transportation responsibilities or community engagement activities
- Knowledge of health and safety standards applicable to senior care settings

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
