As part of the Primary Quest Multi-Academy Trust, we are looking for a dedicated teaching assistant and mid-day supervisor with previous SEND experience to join our friendly teams at Gretton Primary School. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they can support children with a range of needs, including working 1:1 and in small groups and work as part of the team supporting the planning and delivery of learning opportunities that meet the needs of children including those with EHCPs. Oak Hill is a small school of approximately 50 children you will have the opportunity to work across all year groups. Both posts are from 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027. ECTs are welcome to apply for this position and there may be opportunities for supply cover.
Applicants should have:
· A nurturing, calm and positive approach to working with children
· Previous SEND teaching assistant experience
· An ability to motivate and inspire children
· A passion for helping children achieve their very best
· Be able to conduct and support learning in 1:1 and small group learning situations
· Communicate assessments and evaluations of learning to the class teacher and SENDCo
· An ability to build and maintain good relationships with children, parents and staff

Pay: £13.26-£15.31 per hour
