We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant's to join our supportive team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to support students with a range of learning needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging learning activities.
- Support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Promote students' independence, confidence, and social development.
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and record student progress where required.
- Support students' personal, social, and emotional wellbeing.
- Assist with classroom preparation and learning resources.
- Providing Personal Care to pupils whilst respecting their dignity.
Person SpecificationEssential
- GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Patience, empathy, and a flexible approach.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Desirable
- Experience working with children or young people.
- Knowledge of SEND, including autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties.
- Relevant qualification in education, childcare, or support work.
- Experience in a school, college, or care setting.
