Angloco is a British manufacturer of specialist fire-fighting and rescue vehicles and equipment, supplying customers in more than 70 countries worldwide.
We are looking for a skilled Coachbuilder to join our manufacturing team in Batley, working on the build and assembly of new specialist fire and rescue vehicles.
This is a varied, hands-on role that would suit someone with experience in coachbuilding, specialist vehicle manufacture, vehicle body building or fabrication.
Duties will include:
- Making aluminium parts such as shelving, brackets and panels
- Fitting roller shutters, ladder gantries, body panels, doors, fixtures and fittings
- Fitting and mounting polypropylene bodywork
- Building and fitting drawer units, lockers and vehicle storage solutions
- Working from drawings and specifications
- Making sure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
We are looking for someone with good practical and fabrication skills who takes pride in the quality of their work. You should be reliable, hardworking and have good attention to detail.
Experience in specialist vehicle building, coachbuilding, commercial vehicles or HGV/LGV vehicles would be an advantage.
Pay and Benefits:
- £14.50–£17.50 per hour, depending on experience

Successful candidates will be required to provide their own standard hand tools.
You'll be part of a skilled team building specialist fire and rescue vehicles and equipment for customers around the world. It's a varied role where you'll be able to see the vehicles come together from the build stage through to the finished product.
Pay: £14.50-£17.50 per hour
