Clinical Lead
Location: SO31
Salary: £45,000 – £47,000 per annum
Hours: 42 Hours per Week

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at a our well-established care home.
Requirements
- Previous care home experience is essential.
- Experience in a senior nursing or leadership role is desirable.
- Excellent clinical knowledge and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care teams.
- Ensure the highest standards of resident care are maintained.
- Oversee medication management, care planning, and clinical audits.
- Mentor and supervise nursing staff while promoting best practice.
- Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
