Site Construction Manager — Built IQ London
Location: London & Greater London
Salary: £34,000–£36,000 per annum

Built IQ London is a growing residential and commercial builder delivering high-quality refurbishments, extensions, structural works and new-build projects across Greater London, typically valued between £250k and £2m. As a Federation of Master Builders member, we hold ourselves to high standards of workmanship and client care.
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to run our live sites day to day.
What you'll do:
- Manage the day-to-day running of assigned sites
- Coordinate and sequence trades and subcontractors
- Drive the programme to keep works on time and to standard
- Maintain quality control and snagging
- Keep health, safety and compliance documentation tight
- Liaise with the project team, trades and clients on site
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager/ Site Manager/ Project Manager on residential and/or commercial projects. Experience will be preferred.
- Strong trade coordination and programme management
- Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and site H&S
- Confident, professional communication
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
