Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will support the pubs daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained. The Manager will play a vital role in driving sales, managing merchandising, and fostering a positive working environment.
Duties
- overseeing the daily operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to optimise performance
- Manage sales targets and develop strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate merchandising activities to maintain an attractive and organised store layout
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, stock control, and reporting
- Ensure high standards professional communication with customers and staff
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Monitor compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Contribute to achieving organisational goals through effective team management and leadership
