We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Chef de Partie (CDP) / Sous Chef to join our professional kitchen team. If you thrive in a busy kitchen, enjoy working as part of a close-knit team, and take pride in producing high-quality food, we'd love to hear from you.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to deliver exceptional food and service while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and teamwork.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a busy, fast-paced kitchen is preferred.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well under pressure.
- A positive attitude with a strong team-oriented approach.
- Passion for cooking and delivering consistently high standards.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef with the preparation and execution of seasonal and diverse menus.
- Supervise and support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards.
- Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste.
- Help develop new menu ideas and specials.
- Ensure the kitchen remains clean, organised, and efficient throughout service.
- Work closely with front-of-house staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
