THE OPPORTUNITY
We are an innovative, fast-growing luxury hair science and scalp care brand launching globally this Autumn. We are looking for an ambitious, highly organized, and detail-oriented Graduate Assistant to step into a foundational role.
This isn't a typical corporate coffee-running graduate job. You will work directly under the Founder, gaining hands-on exposure to luxury brand operations, international supply chains, B2B salon coordination, and premium product marketing. If you want a fast-track education in building a multi-million-pound brand from the ground up, this is your entry point.
THE ROLE
Your mission is to maintain flawless operational and marketing momentum. You will bridge the gap between our creative vision and our daily business execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Coordination: Assist with tracking production timelines, coordinate shipping/logistics schedules between manufacturers and warehouses, and keep project workflows strictly on schedule.
B2B Salon Support: Manage incoming inquiries from high-end hair salons and stylists, coordinate product sample distributions, and assist in onboarding professional accounts.
Marketing Administration: Maintain the brand asset database, coordinate influencer gifting logistics, and assist with copychecking and proofing brand presentations.
Founder Support: Provide direct administrative and organizational support to the Founder ahead of critical investor meetings, product launches, and brand activations.
ABOUT YOU
The Education: A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, Communications, or a related field (2:1 or above preferred).
The Mindset: Extremely proactive, highly organized, and resilient. You have a "no task too small" attitude and love creating order out of fast-moving projects.
The Standards: A keen eye for detail and appreciation for premium branding. You understand that in the luxury market, execution must be flawless.
The Skills: Exceptional written communication and full proficiency with project tools (Excel, Google Workspace, presentation software).
WHAT WE OFFER
