An opportunity has arisen for an Apprenticeship Dental Nurse Dental Nurse at The Smile Centre Dental Practice in Shrewsbury.

We are looking for somebody that is enthusiastic, hardworking, a team player and with good communication skills to join our team.
Uniform is provided.
Trainee nurses will be registered on to a college course to achieve Level 3 Advance Dental Nurse Diploma which is accredited by City & Guilds. Applicants must have a Grade 4 or above in GCSE Maths & English.
Working on Reception on a rota basis & at our sister practice in Telford when required.
The role as a Dental Nurse:
> Providing clinical chair-side support to dentists and hygienists
> Ensuring CQC requirements are met
> Providing excellent patient care
> Preparation & cleaning of all clinical areas
> Providing & maintaining infection control & sterilisation
> Setting up decontamination of instruments and working in our decontamination room.
> Operation of dental computer software R4 in recording patient's dental treatment.
> Recording Medical Histories
> Good communication skills and customer service awareness is needed to maintain a high level of service within the dental practice
> Maintaining stock levels in surgery
